They designed mobiles for outdoor. Here are some of the reliable mobile models and it's features.
In 2008, they released the Samsung B2700. It is IP54 certified, where IP stands for International Protection and the number 5 means that while the phone is resistant to dust, but it is not entirely protected from it. The number 4 means it can resist in splashing water, but it is not waterproof. It has a long lasting Li-Ion Battery that will last for 350 hours on standy-by and 5 hours on talk time. It also has flashlight, compass, altimeter and pedometer that can be useful for outdoor activities. It is the second heavy duty phone of Samsung in 2008. The other one is Samsung M110.

In 2009, Samsung B2100 Xplorer came up. It is IP57 certified, where in it is a shock, water and dust resistant. It is indeed a water resistant cellphone. It can resist up to 1 meter and 30 minutes in the water. It has a long lasting Li-Ion Battery that will last for 600 hours on stand-by and 9 hours on talk time. But this is no longer available in the Philippine market together with the Samsung B2700.

This year they released the Samsung E2370, also a IP54 certification, the same with Samsung B2700 which is a shock, splash and dust resistant. It has a great stereo sound speakers that good while doing outdoor activities. It's Li-Ion Battery last longer than the two. It has a 1600 hours while on stand-by mode and 22 hours talk time. But it has limited features unlike Samsung B2700 has and not waterproof as the Samsung B2100.

Samsung Mobiles was known for long lasting batteries that is very important for outdoor guy like me. I wish that the nest release of Samsung Outdoor Mobiles has the features of these three models. I wishing this following features:
