Vertige was previously known as the Ferrata or High Lane in English.
It is a German movie in 2009 that all about a group of five adventurers on vacation decide to hike onto a trail high up in the mountains that has been closed for repairs. The climb proves more dangerous than planned, especially as they soon realize that they are not alone that the adventure turns into a nightmare.
