Climb Against Cancer 2 is a follow up project for the benefit of Pediatric Ward of Philippine General Hospital. The Climb Against Cancer (CAC) is a nationwide simultaneous climb of different mountaineering groups in the Philippines to fight against cancer.
It's not about setting new records.
It's not about exploring new peaks.
It's about giving new lease on life.

We have already forwarded P321,700 to the PGH PEDIATRIC WARD last December 2010. The cost in building the BLOOD INFUSION/TRANSFUSION Room is about P430,000. The first plan was to build it at WARD 12 but during my last meeting with Dra Aimee Nano (February 10,2011), said construction will now take place at a bigger area just outside wards 9 & 11. I will post here the floor plan once it is done. Salamat po!
Mountaineers will commit to donate P300 each for the fight against cancer and serve as registration fee. You may also purchase a CAC2 t-shirt as memorabilia. See t-shirt design below.
